and confirmation with bar coded tracking labels

3 Send to ProScanAsia |
 When
the order are ready, we will ship it back to the partner
immediately using an international courier service. The
partner will be notified and can track the shipment
online. Delivery time is usually 48 - 72 hours. |

 Call an international courier
service (FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT or Air Cargo) to pick up the
shipment. These companies offer very cost-effective
shipment of standard packages (10 and 25 kg) and the
packages can be tracked online. |

7 Post-production |

4 Pre-scan |
 All images are transferred from the
production servers to CD/DVD'es. If the individual order
includes slide show presentations, these will be created
and checked by our Quality Control team. |

 We receive the package with
film/prints (usually within 48-72 hours). Our pre scan
professionals starts to prepare the material according to
the individual orders. All material is marked with
barcodes and tracked during the entire process. |

5 Scanning |
 All scanned images are
controlled manually by our supervisors. They have the
authority to return any material for a new scan if the
quality is not the best. |

modern facilities are running 24/7 with the latst scanners
(Nikon and Epson) and trained professionals. |
